The project document module of Insite LMS enables the secure exchange of documents within a project. Project- and company-specific documents can be easily distributed and stored, and access rights can be assigned. Users are notified when new files are available or changes have been made to existing files. Practical uses include the distribution of safety and health plans, evacuation plans and construction site regulations. At the end of the project, all files can be exported for a smooth transfer to a document management system.
